I have tried to use Powershell’s cmdlet called Convert-VHD, but seems it is only available in Windows 8.1+ and Windows Server 2012+. So I have to use VBoxManage.exe clonehd:

D:\develop\ubuntu-test\Virtual Hard Disks>"C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox\VBoxManage.exe" clonehd --format VHD ubuntu-test.vhdx ubuntu-test.vhd
